Terms and Conditions of Sales and Returns

1. Online Orders
  • All orders placed prior to 3pm CT, Monday – Friday will generally ship the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 3pm CT are released for shipment on the next business day.
  • Credit card payment is required to process online orders
  • You will receive an order confirmation and tracking information at the e-mail address linked to your account, when your order is processed.
2. Shipping

Orders are generally shipped via FedEx. Optimum Solutions Group LLC and carriers are not responsible for late arrivals due to poor weather conditions, supplied shipping address errors or failed delivery attempts. Unless stated otherwise, delivery dates are not guaranteed.

3. Return Policy

When your products arrive, inspect the packaging and the contents for damage and defects. You must notify us within 5 business days from the day your products were received if, product packaging is damaged, or if product itself appears to be damaged.

  • Items returned must be in their original unopened, unmarked, unsterilized and undamaged package with all factory seals intact.
  • Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Products may not be returned without prior authorization. Call Customer Service at 630-705-1002 for the Return Number.
  • Return Number must be on a copy of the corresponding invoice with return/ exchange products. Filled and signed Return/ Exchange Form must be also included.
  • Return items must be packaged in durable packaging to avoid damage or loss. Items missing from the package or damaged due to improper packaging will not be given credit/ will not be exchanged.
  • Return package must be shipped via a traceable method.

Terms of Return/Exchange

Customers may return/ exchange Trinon Titanium implants, prosthetic parts and related products under the following conditions:

  • Items are in their original unopened, unmarked, unsterilized and undamaged package with all factory seals intact.
  • Items have at least a 6 month shelf life remaining.
  • Shipping charges for the return are paid by the Customer.
  • All returned products are subject to inspection to ensure compliance with regulations before the return/ exchange is processed.
Terms of Refund (when Terms of Return are met)
  • Full refund up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Refund will be issued in a form of credit on Customer’s account.
  • Products returned/ exchanged between 31 and 120 days of the date of purchase may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • No products can be returned/ exchanged after 120 days of the date of purchase. Exchange products must be equal or greater value.
Exclusions

Credit will not be given for:

  • Product(s) requiring special handling, such as refrigeration.
  • Product(s) financed through a third party.
  • Product(s) obtained through a third party.
  • Returns of promotional purchases or discounted sets.
  • Shipping charges.
Return / Exchange procedure
  • Call our office at 877-705-1002 to acquire a Return Number. Please be ready to provide us with product(s) number and product(s) lot number.
  • Write the Return Number on a copy of the corresponding invoice and place it in the package with the product(s) to be returned/ exchanged. Filled and signed by the doctor Return/ Exchange Form must be also included.
  • Package item(s) in a durable packaging to avoid damage or loss. Items missing from the package or damaged due to improper packaging will not be given credit/ will not be exchanged.
  • Return package must be shipped via a traceable method.
